"Color was actually like the photos"
After dealing with so many orders where something looks totally different in person, I was relieved this one matched the photos. The color was right and there were no surprises, which is kind of all I wanted.

"Description was way off"
I ordered this because the pictures and description made it look like something totally different, but what showed up wasn’t even close. It felt really misleading. I tried reaching out, but the replies felt like they were coming from robots just sending canned emails, which made it even more frustrating. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

"The instructions didn’t really fill in the gaps"
I was hoping the videos would walk me through the basics, but they kind of skipped over the parts I actually needed. It felt like they assumed I already knew what to do, which made the instructions a lot less helpful than they should’ve been.

"Refund took longer than I expected"
I returned my order and, in my experience, the refund took way longer than it should have. I kept checking my account thinking it might show up any day, but nothing was coming through, which got frustrating.
Customer service did respond when I reached out, but it felt like I had to keep following up to get any real updates. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but from my point of view, the refund process really could’ve been much smoother.

I checked out Weaver Leather before placing my order, and tbh the return policy was easy to understand. I didn’t have to click around forever to find the info I needed. A few parts could use more examples imo, but overall it was helpful.

I placed an order with Weaver Leather and had that little moment of suspense when the box showed up, wondering if everything would actually match what I picked online. I spread it all out and went through the sizes and colors one by one, and thankfully, it was all correct. Nothing was missing, and everything I ordered was there. It took me a few minutes to double-check it all, but once I did, I was happy with it. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the packing could’ve been a bit neater, but overall it was a solid experience.

"Usually Find What I Need"
I’ve ordered from Weaver Leather a handful of times now, mostly when I’m in the middle of a project and realize I’m missing something I probably should’ve bought earlier. The nice thing is, most of the time I can hop on their site and actually find what I need in stock, which hasn’t always been my experience with other places.
There was one time I had my cart all set and noticed one item was backordered, which was a little frustrating, but at least it was clearly shown before I checked out. The rest of the order shipped without any trouble. I’d give them 4 stars overall because the selection is really solid, I just wish some of the more popular items didn’t disappear quite so often

"Packed sooo well, everything arrived perfect"
My order from weaverleather.com showed up looking great. The box was nice and sturdy, and everything inside had plenty of padding, so nothing was scratched, bent, or messed up at all.
I’m always a little nervous about leather stuff getting banged around during shipping, but this was packed really carefully. Superrr happy with how it arrived...

"Order Was Fine, Just Slower Than Expected"
My order arrived in good condition, so I want to be fair and say there weren’t any issues with the item itself. The only downside was that shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked.
"Completely Fell Apart in Like Two Seconds"
I’m kind of shocked. I had this for about a week and the leather already started cracking. A week! I wasn’t dragging it through a war zone or anything, just normal use. For something that’s supposed to hold up, this was ridiculously disappointing.

I appreciated that the backorder status was clear and easy to follow, which made me feel reassured. At the same time, I did catch myself getting a bit frustrated because I was really hoping it would ship sooner. Overall, good communication, just wish the wait had been a little shorter.

The tracking was really frustrating. It barely updated at all, so I had no idea where my order was or when it was actually going to show up. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start ordering from somewhere else

I picked up a few leather supplies from here, mostly just to try them out since I usually buy from my usual brand. the prices seemed fair, and the quality was better than I expected. I’m kind of torn because I’ve been loyal to my regular supplier for a while, but this order definitely made me consider coming back again

"Good gear, but the warranty could be clearer"
I’ve been happy with the gear I got from Weaver Leather overall, and it’s the kind of stuff that reminds you why reliable equipment matters. The warranty did help a bit, but I had to dig around and ask a few questions before I really understood what was covered. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, just a little more confusing than I expected. I’d still buy from them, but I do think clearer warranty info would make the whole experience feel more reassuring

"Wholesale account was a total headache"
I got approved for a wholesale account, but the whole thing felt like it was run by amateurs. The pricing wasn’t clear, order updates were confusing, and support took forever to get back to me. Then after checkout, a few items suddenly showed as backordered, which is just ridiculous when you’re trying to run a business. Not a great experience.

I used weaverleather.com to look up some equipment setup info, it was straightforward. The steps made sense, and I wasn’t stuck guessing where each part was supposed to go. it was nice finding clear instructions without a bunch of extra fluff.

"Leather grading info left me second-guessing myself"
I was a bit disappointed with how the leather grades are explained on Weaver Leather. Maybe I missed something obvious, but I didn’t feel like I really understood what I was buying.
The descriptions seemed vague to me, and I kept wondering if I was just overthinking it or if the quality differences really weren’t explained well. For the price, I expected a little more detail to help me feel confident.
I’m sure it might make sense if you already know their grading system, but as someone trying to figure it out while shopping, I found it confusing and not very helpful.
